UX content writing

I spent 12+ years writing UX content as part of my work as a technical writer for various companies. Helping developers and product managers make interface design more customer-centric and helpful to users. I wrote UI labels and messages, error messages, and coordinated translation of the content into French & Italian. Back then, it was just part of my job as a technical writer, but it’s now become part of the user experience domain.
