Cut the Fat in Your Content Marketing and Go Lean

Having worked in the IT industry for almost 13 years now, I’ve worked in all sorts of software development environments. One of the easiest to work in was a Lean environment, where they used Lean principles in their development processes. My friend Jason Little, a Lean change coach, is quick to point out that it wasn’t a “true” Lean environment as we didn’t use all of the tools of the Lean methodology, however it’s as close as I would ever get to it.
